Day 1: Yangon Arrival and Seightseeing
We welcome you to the golden land. Arrival at Yangon International Airport, meet and welcome by our tour guide and transfer to the hotel for check in. Take a rest at hotel. After lunch ,visit Sule Pagoda (located on a roundabout in downtown Yangon), Yangon City Hall (featuring classic Myanmar architectural design), the High Court (noted for its British colonial architecture, including its clock tower and its red-bricked exterior)and Colonial building. It will be followed by visit to Kyaukhtatgyi Buddha Image - houses the fourth largest colossal reclining Buddha . Evening visit to the magnificent Shwedagon pagoda, landmark of Myanmar and one of the greatest wonders of the world. Overnight at hotel .
Day 2: Yangon-Heho by flight and Heho-Inle excursion
After breakfast at hotel, we will leave Yangon for Heho by domestic flight. At the airport our guide and driver will be waiting for us and proceed to Inle by car about 1 hr drive and will transfer to hotel in Inle Lake. At Hotel you can take a short rest and have a lunch at hotel. And then we will start exploring Inle Lake by boat. There are many small flooting villages and nearby you can see the unique tranditional style leg- rowers and fishermen. And then we will go to Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, one of the holiest site in Shan State, visited by Buddhist worshippers from all around Myanmar. And we will proceed to Nga Hpe Kyaung Monastery, Inthar Heritage House and Cats. From there we will explore the western part of the lake by boat sailing through lush vegetation scenery to reach Indein village The village is best known for its many ancient pagodas in many shapes and sizes and in various states of preservation. While some have been restored, others are in their original crumbling state. And then return to the hotel.
Day3: Thale Oo-Lenge-Kaetaung-Tootan-Htiree-Kakku-Taunggyi (Trek+car)
After breakfast at hotel, we will leave starting point Thale Oo and start walking from there, see different plantation such as spring onion, depending on the season garlic or rice paddies, cheroot leave and avocado, and arrive at Naunglay Pa-O village. It is possible to observe bamboo basket making there. Continue to Lenge village where we have lunch where you will have time to roam about the village. After lunch we continue walking up to Kaetaung village passing a nature water spring. Continuing we arrive to Tootan village where we stay overnight in a local house.
After breakfast, we will leave from the local house about 8:30 AM and walk to Htiree village for about 1 hour. Here a car is waiting to proceed to Kakku. Here we visit the Kakku pagoda complex, a hidden treasure with nearly 2500 Buddhist stupas lying in parallel rows in an area of about one square kilometer. In Myanmar the Kakku pagodas are worshipped as an important site of pilgrimage. Lunch will be served at Haling Koon Restaurant facing the Kakku Pagoda complex. Return back to Inle lake via Taunggyi by car.
Day 5: Yangon
After breakfast at hotel, we will leave Heho for Yangon by domestic flight.
On our arrival, driver will drive to your hotel for check in. Relax at hotel and overnight in Yangon.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Yangon International Airport for departure.
